Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your remaining balance at the time of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, please note that each appointment requires time, product, and preparation. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If appointment is canceled more than once, client will be charged 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling Limit Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, the full service amount must be paid upfront to secure a new appointment. Final Sale Policy All completed services and prepaid appointments are non-refundable.
